Triton Glass Projects is a company founded in Sweden, owned by the passionate Glass specialist, Renato Fossa, with +10 years of succesful projects of experience in naval architecture, engineering and product management & development in luxury megayachts.
The mission is to enable clients to achieve all phases of the product life cycle in an efficient & effective way.
With an actionable short-term vision on this complex multidisciplinary glass process, we will work together towards the goal: delivering an excellent end product.

SERVICES
Concept design consultancy
What is feasible & what could become a challenge? Coordination on mock-up requests, budgetting support, planning implementation and/or risks analysis.
Designer bureaus/studios/agencies benefit the most from this, however a combine colaboration with the shipyard is an actual common pratice.
Pre-engineering phase
Collaboration with Procurement & Supply Chain Management to prepare and start an accurate quotation which is crucial for a later on flawless & clear project agreement.
RFQ input packages will be taken care of, in cooperation with the Engineering team. Technical evaluations will be carried out.
Engineering services
Team coordination around this scope of work. Which & when are certain drawings or models necessary? Defining a plan of action to anticipate bottlenecks.
Also;
- Calculation of design pressures
- Laminated configurations (to/teq)
- Calculation of weights per panel
- FEA for special items + repport(s)
- Vibration reports (resonance studies)

Relevant background information overview and handover coordination. This milestone is crucial to be able to carry out the “measurement moments” in a smooth way and ensure project planning.
All desired design-details should be explained and clarified. Installation phase should follow the principles of the desired design.
FAT’s and quality inspection
FAT’s and quality inspection – Creating and agreeing on a yard quality allowance criteria with the desire supplier can sometimes create bottlenecks. Support fixating this agreement and support
during FAT’s is what we can offer.
Refit services
Refit services – Fast action with efficient problem-solving approach towards the issue is what we can deliver.
After sales
After sales – Consultancy on after sales matters (such as warranty discussions).
